Hilo Talent Partners has been engaged by our client Medlogix to lead the search for a Regional Sales Manager located near Southfield MI.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Medlogix is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to help drive growth for its subsidiary Michigan Evaluation Group an independent medical evaluations company. This is a clientfacing consultative role focused on both new business development and account management. The ideal candidate will manage their own book of business build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients and ensure consistent highquality service.

New Business Development

  • Prospecting: Develop a prospecting routine including referrals outbound calling thoughtleadership in the market and eventbased campaigns to deliver pipeline quota
  • Pipeline Development: Actively manage and qualify a robust opportunity pipeline of new customers and/or new solutions for existing customers
  • Strategic Selling: Plan and implement the sales process for larger and more complex deals owning the sales cycle end to end.
  • Forecasting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting based on deep knowledge of the market and customer base

Account Management & Customer Experience

  • Work as a trusted advisor to the customer by delivering great service and building a strong relationship
  • Develop and execute accountlevel sales plans
  • Manage the client relationship; act as liaison between the client and internal staff to ensure timely accurate communication.
  • Professional and prompt handling of customer complaints and issues

Administration

  • Routinely meet with VP of Sales and Marketing with updates on achievements/challenges industry information and feedback gathered through field activity.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings via telephone break down accounts strategize actions.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales materials exhibits and promotion programs.
  • Complete expense reports timely and accurately.
  • Complete and submit the Integrity Sales Goals booklet for touch base meetings and yearly planning meeting.
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance record.
  • Assist in Provider relationships
  • Travel to customers within the region as needed
  • Prepare for and attend/staff exhibits conferences meetings and other local regional and national promotions and events.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree or related experience
  • Minimum of two 2 years of workers compensation claims adjustment or relatable experience
  • Prefer at least one 1 year of experience in account management and sales preferably in the insurance legal or healthcare industry but also willing to train on the job

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Selfdirected; ability to work effectively independently.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Knowledge of advertising and/or sales promotion techniques and their effective implementation.
  • Ability to plan organize and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events.
  • Thorough knowledge of the industry.
  • Drive to identify and/or follow up on sales leads and referrals and bring them to successful closure.
  • Ability to think creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contact management software.
  • Strong knowledge of each clients service requirements.

Certification License and Registration:

Valid drivers license
