Job Description

Senior Sales Negotiator
Gerrards Cross
£20000 £22000 base salary
£35000 £40000 OTE

Team and individual commission
High referral incentives (Mortgage Conveyancing RAN)
Monday Friday 9am 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client is a wellknown and reputable Estate Agency with multiple branches. They have a very experienced team who have wealth of experience in the Property Industry and they have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Support the sales process from start to completion
  • Update the company CRM with new leads
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
  • Solicit leads
  • Promote newly listed properties and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential 1 3 years)
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
  • Strong negotiator skills
  • Tactful and articulate
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Highly motivated and results driven
