Join the Haztech Team as a Security Guard
Exciting opportunity! Haztech is seeking qualified Security Guards to join us on a casual basis for events in Regina Saskatchewan including at Mosaic Stadium and other venues. If you’re a licensed security professional looking for a dynamic work environment we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
As a Security Guard you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at various events. Your duties will include screening team members and affiliates controlling access points deescalating situations and ensuring smooth event operations. This role does not involve direct public interactions; instead you will be stationed in the lower bowls with CFL teams coaches and officials requiring the utmost professionalism and discretion.
What You’ll Do:

Screen team members family and affiliates at access points

Regulate and control entry to restricted areas

Respond to security concerns and deescalate situations as needed

Ensure the safety and security of personnel and property

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Work closely with event organizers and security teams to ensure smooth operations
What You’ll Bring:
-
Completion of 40hour Sask Justice Security Guard Training Course (Required)
-
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License

Ability to obtain criminal record clearance
-
Reliable transportation to and from event locations
-
First Aid/CPR certification (Preferred)

Strong situational awareness and decisionmaking skills

Excellent communication and conflictresolution abilities

Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure
