Job Title: Automation Tester

Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid 3 days/Week in office)

Length of Assignment: 12 Months Contract

The rate may be negotiable based on experience education geographic location and other factors.

Details:

Candidate will drive a handson enterprise level QA process for the myCTO group the group consists of 5 scrum teams supporting a unified and internallyfacing portal/site heavily used by the technology team. In addition to directly supporting one of the five scrum teams the candidate will establish testing procedures best practices across the full platform along with driving the implementation of an overall testing strategy including automation where eligible. Qualified individuals should be selfstarters able to work within a collaborative team environment. They will also interface directly with developers management and the myCTO product team and should have good speaking as well as documentation and process creation skills.

They should have a solid foundation on agile testing methodologies utilizing MSSQL Angular and JAVAbased UIs as these are core products used by the team.

Required Skills:

Previous Technical QA experience
Automated testing experience frameworks & solutions (Selenium Tosca Cucumber)
Understanding of Agile testing and ITIL Principles
JIRA or other similar systems
Customer savvy with good communication skills (Needs to Coordinate UAT tasks)
Able to juggle between priorities
Disciplined about process but can be flexible about approach
Team player in a Software Development Environment
Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write basic queries
Angular and Java UI familiarity
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to translate business requirements/ Functional requirements into testable attributes Acceptance Criterias)

Nice to haves

Data analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel experience
Infrastructure and software product knowledge a plus
Knowledge in enterprise infrastructure and software discovery solutions
