Job Description
LPN Unit Supervisor Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility (Beaver Falls PA)
Are you a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a leadership role We are looking for multiple LPN Unit Supervisors to oversee and support nursing operations at a skilled nursing and rehab facility near Beaver Falls PA.
Position Details:-
Schedule: Monday through Friday (Days)

Compensation: $30.00 $35.00/hour based on experience

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure highquality resident care.

Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit and ensure smooth workflow.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans.

Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and regulatory standards.

Assist with training mentoring and evaluating nursing staff.

Address and respond to resident care needs promptly.

Current and valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.

Experience in a healthcare or longterm care setting preferred.

Strong understanding of longterm care regulations and best practices.

Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
