Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and warmly greet guests
Coordinate and set up meetings ensuring all materials are prepared
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory placing timely orders
Handle general administrative tasks including ordering coffee refilling supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
Support office operations with clerical duties as needed
