Job Description
- Projektmanagement: Steuerung des gesamten Bauprozesses von Planung bis Fertigstellung
- Budget und Ressourcenmanagement: berwachung der Kosten und Optimierung der Ressourcennutzung
- Qualittskontrolle: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bauvorschriften und Standards
- Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: Schnittstelle zwischen Auftragnehmern Lieferanten und Teams
- Risikomanagement: Identifikation und Minimierung von Risiken im Bauprojekt
- Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege relevanter Projektunterlagen
- Rechtliche Verantwortung: bernahme der Bauleitung in Deutschland
Qualifications :
- MSc Bauingenieurwesen MSc Tragwerksplanung oder MSc Maschinenbau mit Erfahrung im Construction Management (CM) bei Industrieprojekten (Chemieanlagen Zerkleinerungsanlagen Montagewerke usw..
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Construction ManagementTtigkeiten in Deutschland.
- Erfahrung als Construction Manager (CM).
- Erfahrung in der Planung oder Umsetzung von EPCMProjekten oder PMCDienstleistungen ist besonders wertvoll.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Bauvorschriften und Normen in Deutschland.
- Starke organisatorische und analytische Fhigkeiten.
- Exzellente Kommunikations und Teamfhigkeit.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse ber den Baumarkt in Deutschland.
- Flieend in Englisch (C1 und Deutsch (C1C2
