You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a detailoriented and experienced Insurance Executive to handle backoffice operations file login processes and provide excellent support in insurancerelated activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills industry knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Manage and process file login for insurance policies
Handle documentation verification and policy issuance
Coordinate with clients agents and insurance companies for smooth processing
Maintain accurate records and databases related to insurance policies
Assist in policy renewals claims processing and followups
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Provide customer support through calls emails and inperson interactions
Work on MIS reports data entry and administrative tasks
Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance sector (Life/Health/General Insurance)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and insurance software
Knowledge of insurance policies underwriting and claims processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field
Prior experience in backoffice insurance operations
