As an Applications Analyst you will be responsible for managing both onpremises and cloudhosted applications ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate with thirdparty vendors monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Additionally you will assist with database management provide secondtier support to users and contribute to disaster recovery planning. Your expertise will help drive process improvements enhance security measures and ensure seamless integration of software systems.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Develop and maintain standards for configuration monitoring and maintenance.
- Help understand and document the licensing requirements of all applications software interfaces and databases.
- Monitor event logs respond to alerts and report on performance.
- Provide secondtier support and assist users with applicationrelated issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Assist other departmental staff with troubleshooting.
- Work to improve the user experience of applications.
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE:
- 2year degree in a computerrelated field.
- 2 years of experience working with enterprise application technologies.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server SQL queries and Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical users.
- Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
NICE TO HAVE:
- 4year degree in a computerrelated field.
- CompTIA A Certification or Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft Certified Professional.
