Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our project teams in analyzing business needs documenting requirements and ensuring smooth of operational solutions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn contribute to highimpact projects and grow under experienced leadership in a dynamic global setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams and clients.
Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
Support the creation of functional specifications process flows and user stories for development teams.
Collaborate with Senior BAs to prepare clientfacing materials (e.g. presentations requirement docs).
Participate in UAT and testing phases ensuring solutions meet documented needs.
Track project deliverables and update status reports using tools like Atlassian Confluence or Zoho One.
Provide analytical support for postimplementation reviews and process optimization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business IT Engineering or related field.
13 years of experience in business analysis process improvement or a related role (internships count).
Basic understanding of requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
Familiarity with tools like MS Office Lucid Chart or Zoho One; willingness to learn Power BI or SQL.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Good communication skills for internal team collaboration.
