Job Description
- Sourcing : Researching and sourcing products and suppliers that meet the companys needs
- Negotiating: Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for money
- Managing relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Managing inventory : Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure there are enough supplies
- Developing strategies: Developing and implementing strategies to ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets are met
- Managing budgets : Managing procurement budgets and payment processes
- Ensuring compliance : Ensuring all procurement processes are followed and accurately recorded
- Communicating: Liaising between suppliers manufacturers and internal teams
