Job Description


Job Overview:

Our Client is a leading Gadgets leader globally and they are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Consultant with expertise in the repair and servicing of mobile phones and laptops particularly iPhones and Mac devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide topnotch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for mobile phones (iPhones) and laptops (Macs and other brands).

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of devices to enhance performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to device functionality.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on device usage and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs replacements and service activities.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in mobile and laptop technology.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure highquality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in mobile phone and laptop repairs with a focus on iPhones and Macs.

  • Strong knowledge of hardware components operating systems and diagnostic tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet repair deadlines.

  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

  • Customerfocused mindset with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Apple or other relevant certifications (e.g. Apple Certified Mac Technician ACMT or Certified iOS Technician.

  • Experience working in an Apple Authorized Service Provider or similar technical support environment.
