Anesthesia General Surg Lab OR Response Time Orthopedic Surg & Radiology.

Beds in the Dept: 10

Trauma Level: IV

EMR: Epic

L&D Dept Available: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License/IMLC

BC (will accept ABFM & ABIM w/ EM experience)

BLS ACLS ATLS PALS
