Senior FileNet Developer (Insurance Domain Focus)
Location: Columbus Ohio
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FileNet Developer to join our team in Columbus Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in FileNet P8 specifically with a proven track record of upgrading legacy systems to the latest versions. This role demands a strong understanding of the Insurance domain and Document Production applications coupled with handson experience in FileNet P8 5.5.8 upgrades. The successful candidate will be responsible for upgrading our current FileNet P8 5.2.1.0 repository to FileNet P8 5.5.8 across various environments (DEV PT and Production) ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Responsibilities:
FileNet P8 Upgrade:
Execute the upgrade of the FileNet P8 5.2.1.0 repository to FileNet P8 5.5.8 in Development 1 server) PreProduction Testing (PT) 6 servers) and Production 6 servers) environments.
Upgrade Case Analyzer in Dev/PT/Prod environments.
Perform comprehensive validation and testing of the upgraded FileNet P8 5.5.8 environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any upgraderelated issues.
Configuration and Setup:
Reconfigure/setup and configure routing component integrator Process Task Manager and Pruning events.
Validation of installed tasks and components.
Application Support:
Provide expert support to application teams for any issues related to custom application connectivity to the upgraded FileNet P8 5.5.8 environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
Insurance Domain Expertise:
Leverage strong knowledge of the Insurance domain to understand and address specific business requirements.
Apply expertise in Document Production applications to optimize workflows and processes.
Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to the upgrade process configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a FileNet Developer.
Extensive experience in FileNet P8 upgrades specifically from FileNet P8 5.2.1.0 to FileNet P8 5.5.8.
Strong understanding of Case Analyzer.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routing component integrator Process Task Manager and Pruning events.
Indepth knowledge of the Insurance domain and Document Production applications.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong experience in Validation of installed tasks and components.
