Overview:
Jensen Meat Company is seeking an HR Business Partner II Strategic Sourcer to lead recruitment efforts for hardtofill positions while supporting broader strategic HR initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced sourcing professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines through advanced search techniques and proactive engagement.
In addition to driving recruiting and sourcing strategies this position will assist with succession planning project management HR data analytics and systems reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator expert in Boolean search and sourcing tools and capable of training hiring managers and HR staff on interview best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment
- Lead sourcing efforts for specialized hardtofill and highimpact roles across departments.
- Use Boolean search resume databases social media platforms and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Schedule interviews coordinate hiring panels and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Train and coach managers and HR staff on interview techniques evaluation methods and hiring compliance.
HR Strategy & Project Management
- Support succession planning efforts and workforce readiness by identifying internal and external talent pipelines.
- Contribute to HR project management initiatives related to recruitment process improvement system integrations and workflow optimization.
- Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning sourcing efforts with organizational goals and department needs.
HRIS Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare and present recruitment and workforce data reports to leadership.
- Analyze sourcing metrics timetofill trends and talent engagement data to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field required. (Master s degree strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing talent acquisition leadership and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of timetofill metrics workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Excellent communication (public speaking & written) leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
