Position: SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Penns Grove NJ
Employment Type: FullTime

Job Overview:
ExpertHiring is seeking a dedicated and qualified SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating diagnosing and treating speech language voice and fluency disorders in students. The ideal candidate will work closely with educators parents and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication needs and help them achieve their academic and social goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech language voice and fluency disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students speech and language goals.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
-
Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to integrate speechlanguage strategies into the classroom.

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student progress and assessments.

Participate in IEP meetings parent conferences and professional development activities.

Provide consultation and training to educators and parents on speech and language development.

Stay updated on best practices and new research in the field of speechlanguage pathology.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid New Jersey SpeechLanguage Specialist Certification.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP) preferred.

Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills.
