Job Description
Were looking for a Transformation Lead to work on public sector agile transformations. Were partnering with other consultancies on multimillion transformations based out of London Portsmouth and Bristol. The work is hybrid 3 days/week onsite) so you will need to be prepared to spend that time on a site in one of those locations. (Please note if you are planning to stay overnight in hotels etc to accommodate this that will have to be at your own expense).
Were ideally looking for Transformation leaders with a varied background. Public sector is ideal but were looking for people who can add to our culture so if youve got other backgrounds (eg banking finance pharma manufacturing etc) then so much the better. Whats as important is that you have a consultant mentality. Thats to say youre prepared to use your highly developed influencing skills right at the very top levels of government as well as be prepared to carry out team level coaching. You need to have the mindset of actively taking ownership of issues and coming up with solutions. Youll also need to be able to demonstrate skills and experience of the following:

- portfolio management
- change management
- leading/driving transformations
- driving outcomes
- (ideally) organisational refactoring
Due to the nature of the assignments we are looking for candidates who are (ideally) currently securitycleared or else are easily clearable.
