Job Description
This is a remote position.
Intecfy is a freelance IT recruitment agency dedicated to matching Europe s most talented tech professionals with cuttingedge opportunities. We are currently seeking a Software Architect to collaborate with an innovative organization on a longterm project. In this role you ll design and implement robust customercentric software architectures at the application level. You ll also lead and mentor development teams ensuring that best practices and architectural principles are followed to deliver highquality scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: shape reliable and clientfocused software architectures (Java .NET frontend backend) based on nonfunctional requirements and best practices.
- Implementation & Best Practices: define and implement software development standards design patterns and industry best practices to optimize performance and maintainability.
- Team Leadership: coach and coordinate Designers and Developers. Provide technical guidance while encouraging an autonomous team culture.
- Methodologies: use various (Agile) development styles and choose the most effective approach for each project needs.
- Integration & Data: Extend your influence to API management microservices information architecture (e.g. Big Data Hadoop NoSQL) Cloud and Security.
- Communication: Convey ideas effectively and constructively bringing team members on board with your vision while remaining open to diverse perspectives.
Requirements
- Proven Software Passion: Minimum 8 years experience and demonstrable track record in software development (Java .NET frontend backend) delivering elegant and effective solutions.
- Methodological Expertise: Experience with multiple development styles and Agile methods knowing when to apply each.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills with a pragmatic approach to architecture and design.
- Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with design patterns best practices and architecture styles (e.g. VolatilityBased Decomposition componentbased design).
- Technical Breadth: Interest or background in integrations (API management) information architecture (Big Data Hadoop NoSQL) Cloud and Security.
- Team Communication: Able to mentor others and articulate complex ideas in a constructive way.
- Leadership & Adaptability: Skilled at guiding technical growth handling stress under tight deadlines and achieving results in complex projects.
