Job role:
Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with
Sat/Sunfixed off
PF/Medical insurance coverage
IJP Internal job promotion opportunity

customers from US region
Handle international customer queries related to US healthcare medical billing.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance with medical billing regulations.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure prompt issue resolution.
Meet processdriven quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
Requirement :
- Any Graduate (No under Graduates or candidates having backlogs)
- 1 year relevant experience in AR Calling
- Good communication
- Comfortable to work in Night Shift 6.00 PM TO 4.00 AM
- Comfortable to work from office
- Location of Work Hyderabad
- Max CTC offered 4 LPA
