Job Description
Job Summary
The Lead Facility Engineer will oversee the daily Operation and Maintenance of the chiller plant boilers kitchen repairs while directing employees and verifying completion of work orders at CMIs customer site in Shepherdstown West Viriginia.
Key Job Functions
- Oversee the chiller plant boilers and kitchen repairs
- Supervise and advise O&M staff
- Verify the completion of all work orders
- Ensure heating and cooling mechanical systems and their equipment and/or components function safely reliably efficiently and economically
- Ensure facility Building Automation System (BAS) are properly maintained and operated within facility operational parameters
- Ensure the Computerized Maintenance Management System is kept current
- Respond to afterhours emergencies from off shift personnel
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years experience with a crew of 10 or more
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to solve operational issues or failures with electrical systems control systems fire alarm systems and mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of theories principles practical concepts systems and processes related to fluid dynamics thermodynamics heat transfer industry codes and techniques.
