Job Description
- Reporting to the Chief Information Officer leads the technology infrastructure strategy roadmap and for the enterprise.
- Planning project management and implementation leadership identifying opportunities for automation cost savings and service quality improvement.
- Provides infrastructure services vision enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the companys requirements and expectations.
- Development and implementation of mature Infrastructure service management processes.
- Conducts product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners
- Works closely with and manages strategic vendor partner relationships. Setup and run the Governance with the partners.
- Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization.
- Participate in the formulation of the companys enterprise architecture and business system plans; assessing cost and feasibility and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.
- Handson technical depth enables direct oversight problemsolving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
- Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations highly available network architecture and supporting SAAS implementations.
- Closely manage Infrastructure budget.
- Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
Qualifications :
- 15 years of work experience with a BS/MS in Computer Science / Computer Engineering Science or Math or at least 12 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA)
- Professional Level English fluency both verbal and written
- 12 years IT Infrastructure experience
- 10 years leadership experience
- 5 years experience leading remote teams including outside of the US.
- Clearly demonstrates the ability to independently and rapidly transform a complex business need from an initial concept or vaguely defined requirement into a wellarticulated plan with clearly scoped technical deliverables and wellestablished timelines demonstrates capability to align effectively with business stakeholders superior tactical and strategic planning capabilities
- Demonstrates the ability to regularly drive the conception and development of extremely highquality deliverables to completion on schedule with minimal guidance input and supervision; lucidly and concisely communicates plans and strategies experience with endtoend project management
- Operates effectively with many stakeholders throughout the business. Easy to business with. Effectively negotiates commitments in a manner that respects business priorities and provides context around costs risks and workable timelines.
- Experience in an acquisitive organization. Effectively supports the timely onboarding of relevant infrastructure within the acquisitions.
- Demonstrates clear thoughtleadership and the ability to guide projects and teams toward solutions; asks and answers what is the next step without input; leads through expertise over requiring leadership finds solutions
- Demonstrated success leading a direct team in a rapidly growing organization
- Selfmotivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
- Demonstrated experience leading an organization through significant change
- Experience leading both build and run
- Extensive experience with Azure and the Microsoft infrastructure stack including O365
- Experience defining and implementing ITIL processes
- Experience in global organization / multicountry environment
- Experience with regulatory compliance issues as well best practices in application and network security
- Highly collaborative with a high level of attention to detail

- Travel minimal
- May be fully remote (highspeed stable internet and quiet working environment required) or based in Medellin Colombia or Mexico City
