Are you a dynamic and resultsoriented marketing professional with a passion for crafting impactful campaigns Join our ANZ Country Marketing team and play a leading role in developing and executing cohesive integrated strategies that resonate with audiences and enhance our brand presence.
What Youll Do:
- Be involved in leading and executing exciting brand product and segment campaigns that captivate both candidates and hirers.
- Team up with a mix of creative minds (internal and external) to deliver campaigns are engaging for our customer and that align closely to our brand plan
- Rally crossfunctional teams for creative development to help facilitate media buying and performance optimisation.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
- Manage external agency relationships and budgets to ensure seamless .
The Team Youll Join:
The ANZ Country Marketing team orchestrates marketing plans to drive lead generation customer acquisition and retention across segments all while championing SEEKs brand and embedding our positioning locally. The Integrated Campaigns team which youll be part of develops bold creative ATL campaigns for hirers and candidates ensuring they align with SEEKs overall brand vision. Youll work closely with creative and digital agencies as well as internal teams to deliver innovative highimpact campaigns that resonate with our audiences.
Qualifications :
- Dive into the world of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on energising digital activations
- Expertise in creative development media strategy and integrated campaign management
- Have a strong understanding around the art of paid owned and earned channels with a special focus on digital
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Unearth valuable insights from campaign performance data and turn them into action plans for success
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
