JOB DUTIES
Manage daytoday operations of Maintenance Pro
o Schedule work orders with Shift Supervisors to meet the needs of the production team.
o Entry of proactive and reactive Maintenance response forms into the Maintenance Pro system
Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to complete daytoday tasks as required.
Assist with developing strategic Preventative Maintenance plans to minimize down time and s.
Assist with coordinating Facility and contractor related projects.
Respond to production breakdowns and repairs as needed.
Assist with machine move planning and coordination.
Support daily Manufacturing StartUp as needed.
Assist in training and development of hourly Team Members.
Work closely with MRO buyers to complete Parts Order requisitions and ensure parts and material are received in a timely manner. (NonApplied managed parts)
Support accuracy of Maintenance Stores Inventory.
Qualifications :
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 35 years professional experience with electrical mechanical hydraulics and pneumatics.
1 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience with CMMS system management preferred but will train the right candidate.
Must have a valid Drivers License in which meets Company Vehicle Driving Policy.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a Forklift operator license.
Must be able to stand walk and sit for periods of 8 hours at a time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing for extended periods of time walking throughout the facility ability to lift 50lbs as required.

Work Environment
Exposed to elements such as cold heat noise dust odors fumes etc.
Work time is spent in a managerial office and on the manufacturing floor.
