Our client is a rapidly growing ITO agency that utilizes AIpowered solutions for development.
They are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Chief Commercial Officer to drive revenue growth business development and commercial strategy for the agency across the APAC and EU regions. This role requires you to RELOCATE and be onsite in Hanoi or Danang Vietnam. Visa sponsorship is offered.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of strategic and enterprise sales pricing models and gotomarket strategies with a proven track record in scaling revenue and managing highvalue partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy
Develop and execute gotomarket strategies that maximize customer acquisition retention and lifetime value.
Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams to align commercial goals with overall business objectives.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Lead market entry initiatives identifying new customer segments industry trends and competitive positioning to drive business opportunities.
Represent the company in highprofile negotiations industry conferences and executivelevel discussions.
Sales & Account Management Leadership
Oversee enterprise sales and key account management ensuring a consultative approach to client engagement.
Operational & Financial Management
Lead contract structuring commercial negotiations and risk management to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.
Work closely with finance and legal teams to develop financial models revenue projections and cost management plans.
Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes to continuously optimize commercial performance.
