Import Coordinator Inside Sales
Communicate to venders and customers in English/Japanese
Communicate to Japan office in Japanese
Preparing import/export documents
Booking and adjustment Ocean/Air transportation and inland transportation
Creating delivery orders and tracking reports
Billing customers and approving venders payments
Cargowise and Trade Tech Syrinx experience preferred
Inside sales
Communicate to customers and Japan office in Japanese
Communicate to customers and venders in English
Creating rate quotes
Creating tracking report for shipments
