Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
