About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Finance and Administration Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and administrative processes be proficient in accounting software and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This role will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Talent Foresight team.

Responsibilities

Financial Accounting 70

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance. (Filing Tax Returns PAYE and NSSF)

Administrative Support 15

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.

  • Maintain office records and files.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Human Resources Support 15

  • Assist with onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain employee records.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software e.g. QuickBooks online.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
