HC Job Description:
The role requires ability to engage with Client directly and to work in a team with a greater level of independence and ownership.
Should be able to work on L2/L3 support having good analytical and diagnostic and RCA ability

Technical Skills
- Unix Good knowledge on Unix OS and its commands along with scripting skills
- Linux knowledge of Linux commands.
- SQL Good knowledge of SQL and Database concepts.
- Putty Toad.
- Basic networking concepts. Protocols FTP sFTP TCP/IP etc is desirable
- Candidates having working Knowledge on Axway Track & Trace product will get preference. However working experience on any Track & Trace product in the Serialization area like Tracelink etc can also be considered.
- Prior experience in handling production applications patching and upgrade experience is must.
Domain knowledge:
- Understanding of healthcare domain and global serialization regulations and experience installing configuring deploying documenting and testing system to meet specific business requirements is must.
- Knowledge of global pharma industry standards/guidelines to enable serialization for manufacturing logistics like Rule GCP Serialization Profile GTIN and its Range setup etc. Hands on configuration to realize business requirements is must.
- Familiarity with database management systems data analysis tools and IT systems used in supply chain management in healthcare domain is desirable.
- Familiarity to prepare project documentation including Work instruction process maps and training materials is desirable.
Soft Skills/Others
- Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
- Should be able to coordinate with Multiple Onshore and Offshore teams during day to day activities and maintenances.
- Willing to work in 24X7 shifts (Can be APAC U.K U.S Shift) and open to work in night shift on rotation basis.
- Quick learner with an ability to acquire new skills in short time
- Flexible to work with and good team player.
Process Must Have
- Application/Production Support in 24X7 model. Production support experience(better if has some managed services exposure also)
- Should be able to work on L2/L3 support having good analytical and diagnostic and RCA ability.
- Application patching and upgrade experience.
- Monitoring service interruption alerts and troubleshooting them as per SLA.
- Addressing live issues and resolving them within predefined SLAs with improved productivity and quality.
- Familiarization of ITIL concepts and experienced in use of service management tool like ServiceNow etc.
- Should be good in prioritizing the tasks and allocating within the team members
Qualifications :
B.Tech Computer Science or B.E.Computer Science or M.C.A.
