POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Designer will create visually compelling designs that align with Dior PCDs brand and marketing objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles proficiency in graphic design software and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills and experience in beautyrelated design projects.
- Parttime 3 days per week in the office.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently execute design projects translating creative briefs into tangible designs for digital projects including CRM ERetail DTC Narvar paid social and ad hoc asks.
- Collaborate with the Digital ERetail teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic goals and reflect the luxury and elegance of Dior.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual communication and brand storytelling.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking A/B testing and other research to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge with a focus on beauty and luxury markets.
- Possess strong skills in visual design including typography color theory layout and imagery.
- Contribute to the overall user experience by ensuring designs are intuitive userfriendly and accessible.
- Conduct all other jobrelated activities.

Qualifications :
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a focus on beautyrelated projects.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma BeeFree and Adobe Premiere Pro. Willingness to contribute to new processes and learn new tools.
- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design with an emphasis on beauty and luxury aesthetics.
- Understanding of the full design process including research ideation prototyping and testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of beautyrelated design projects and creative solutions.
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
- No travel required for the role.
