This position is replacing a very tenured doctor who was producing $60K a month on 2 days a week. We have a steady workflow of day to day dentistry however our office markets to patients seeking comprehensive care (i.e. Bridges anterior crowns implants fixed and removable dentures and general cosmetic procedures) We have an Orthodontist and Periodontist at the office to provide services such as crown lengthening bone grafts implant placement etc. . Our candidate should be comfortable working with the specialists to achieve desired outcomes.
- Whats the first week for a new doctor look like in terms of onboarding / responsibilities Any training or official onboarding programWe are an organized 5 star rated private office. Two of our last associates were with our office over 10 years each. Our entire staff is well trained and works together for smooth daily operation and and an excellent patient experience. The office is using DENTRIX There are office systems in place that are customized to each provider to provide for an efficient workflow and provider efficiency. During onboarding we will share all best practices and solicit feedback from the provider about their personal practice style. Instruction will be provided on the operation of the dental equipment in each operatory chair positioning software etc. Their first few days live in the office will start lighter and ramp up as the dentist becomes comfortable in the new surroundings.

The doctor is paired with an assistant and has 1 column scheduled and another column available as needed / scheduled along with hygiene checks and treatment plan discussions
