This role entails preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements such as balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow reports. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards regulations and tax laws is also a key responsibility. The Controller will coordinate monthly quarterly and annual closing processes and develop internal controls to safeguard company assets while maintaining the integrity of financial records. Analyzing financial reports for management and stakeholders providing financial forecasts budgets and variance analysis and assisting with financial audits and tax filings are critical tasks. Additionally the Controller will supervise and mentor accounting staff supporting their development in daily activities and collaborating with other departments to enhance financial decisionmaking and strategic planning.
