Job Description
Contract Position: Civil Engineer Company Overview: Freelancerprox is a leading provider of engineering and construction services in Karachi Pakistan. We specialize in providing highquality innovative solutions to our clients in the public and private sectors. Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Karachi Pakistan on a fulltime contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan design and oversee construction projects from conception to completion Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Prepare and review project proposals budgets and schedules Coordinate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients Conduct feasibility studies and costbenefit analyses for potential projects Prepare and review engineering reports drawings and other technical documents Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and codes Mentor and supervise junior engineers and other team members Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and techniques Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD SAP2000 and STAAD Pro Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and codes Professional Engineer (P.E. license is preferred If you are a motivated and detailoriented individual with a passion for engineering and construction we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
