Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD (Base) PerformanceBased Incentives up to $1000

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a driven highpotential Sales Development Representative professional to help grow our newsletter and media sponsorship pipeline. This role is about more than just selling its about building relationships identifying opportunities and driving longterm partnerships. If you have grit urgency and the ambition to become a future sales leader we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for starter and midtier sponsors including inbound outreach sales calls followups proposals invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Support VIP sponsor sales by managing proposals CRM updates and followups.
  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy identifying new sponsor opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts ensuring longterm engagement.
  • Monitor competitor sponsor activity and report insights.
  • Maintain the sales CRM (ClickUp) and contribute to process improvements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and leverage AI tools where possible.
  • Qualify leads and explore upsell/crosssell opportunities with existing and former sponsors.
  • Assist with sponsor reporting and ad copy management.


Qualifications:

  • 35 years of strong sales background with proven success in closing deals (preferably in B2B or enterprise sales).
  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Techsavvy and comfortable using CRM tools and automation software.
  • Ability to think strategically and suggest process improvements.


NicetoHaves:

  • B2B media sales experience.
