You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe System Management Analyst is responsible for the analysis design implementation and management of an organizations information systems to ensure efficiency security and smooth functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure data management and process improvement with a focus on aligning systems to meet the business needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Design:
Evaluate and assess the organizations existing systems and infrastructure.
Analyze and define system requirements and develop plans for improving or upgrading current systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system specifications.
Implementation & Configuration:
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems software or hardware to improve organizational efficiency.
Work with vendors or IT teams to install configure and test new systems.
Ensure that system upgrades and patches are applied timely and appropriately.
System Maintenance & Optimization:
Regularly monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance security or user experience.
Recommend and implement improvements to processes systems and workflows.
Data Management & Security:
Ensure that data storage and management procedures are efficient secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
Implement and maintain system security protocols to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or cyber threats.
Support backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide support to users regarding technical issues and system performance problems.
Work closely with IT support teams to ensure that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems configurations and processes.
Prepare reports on system performance upgrades and any improvements made.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with other departments (IT business units operations) to ensure systems meet business needs and user requirements.
Communicate system updates changes and impacts to relevant stakeholders.
Full Time
