Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks assist in customer communications and ensure smooth operations of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing tracking and documentation.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics finance marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports presentations and maintain CRM databases.
Monitor and follow up on leads and customer accounts.
Support in scheduling meetings preparing contracts and handling client communication.
Maintain records of sales transactions agreements and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
