About You:
We are looking for an Agile Coach who is engaged personable highly adaptable and openminded. You possess strong interpersonal skills are a doer at heart and have a knack for connecting the dots across teams and projects.
You thrive in a remote work environment within the US time zone and are available for fulltime work based either in Indiana or Michigan and can travel to our customer site from time to time.
Top 5 Objectives:
Work with and transform several teams to adopt a new way of working.
Teach the implementation of OKRs and ensure valuebased deliverables.
Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and escalate issues as necessary.
Engage with teams to bridge coaching with technical capabilities.
Foster independent collaboration within teams postcoaching.
Main Responsibilities:
Coach team members on Agile best practices and processes such as Scrum and Kanban.
Work closely with Product Owners to shift mindsets and enhance performance.
Assist teams in setting and achieving OKRs.
Provide ongoing support through the digital transformation journey.
Ensure the successful implementation of agreed practices and metrics.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe .
Handson experience with OKRs and the Agile coaching process.
Experience with Atlassian tools is a big plus.
Technical knowledge is an asset in guiding teams.
Previous industry experience in IT or manufacturing is preferred.
Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
Proficiency in English.
Automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
