The Role

Were looking for a handson People Operations Associate or Specialist to join our People team on a 6month fixedterm contract. If youre someone who loves getting stuck in enjoys variety and is happy rolling up your sleeves to make things happen wed love to hear from you.

Youll support the daytoday running of People Operations helping us deliver a smooth and thoughtful employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. Some of our processes are welloiled others are still a work in progress. Youll play a key role in keeping things moving while also helping us refine and improve how we do things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and our HRIS (HiBob)
  • Drafting contracts letters and documentation
  • Supporting with benefits administration and payroll processes
  • Responding to employee queries and requests
  • Helping improve existing processes and bringing fresh ideas to the table

About you:

    Were not looking for someone with years of experience were looking for someone smart proactive and excited to learn. Youll be a great fit if you:

    • Have some experience in a people ops/HR role (ideally in a fastpaced environment)
    • Are organised detailoriented and happy juggling multiple tasks
    • Are confident using systems and comfortable with data
    • Have a bias for action you like taking a problem and running with it
    • Bring a friendly helpful attitude and a genuine care for people and process

    This is a great opportunity for someone early in their People/HR career whos looking to build on their experience in a supportive highgrowth environment.

The Nitty Gritty

  • Our standard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50 of your time across the month home based and the other 50 office based)
  • Core working hours are 10am 4pm Monday to Friday
