Responsibilities:
- Adapting and optimizing existing stateoftheart algorithms evaluating their potential for project needs.
- Research design and implement new algorithms.
- Design develop computer vision systems and systems for video analysis.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts project scope and solution benefits to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders including customers and business partners.
- Understand and be able to gather customer requirements translate their needs into actionable research or engineering tasks and clearly articulate progress challenges and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prototype proofofconcept (POC) solutions for specific computer vision and machine learning problems to validate ideas.
- Analyzing data to identify trends patterns and correlations.
- Preparation of comprehensive and detailed results documentation.
- Lead projects from prototype to production. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Actively participate in the teams software development processes.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Vision Transformers for tasks such as action recognition and object tracking
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical tasks communicate complex solutions in clear terms and foster productive collaboration with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting academic papers incorporating cuttingedge research findings into practical solutions.
- Strong experience in computer vision.
- Handson involvement in the development of multiple Computer Vision projects that have been deployed to production.
- Strong foundational understanding of Machine Learning concepts and how they apply to Computer Vision tasks.
- Strong expertise in processing and analyzing image and video data.
- Handson experience developing and finetuning models for segmentation pose estimation and object detection.
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Excellent objectoriented programming skills
- Familiarity with Vision Transformers for tasks such as action recognition and object tracking with the ability to write highperformance productionquality code in Python. Cloud AWS

Nice to have:
Master or PhD in Machine Learning Computer Science Mathematics.
