Position Overview
The MidLevel Architect Designer role offers an exciting opportunity to shape multifamily projects whileadvancing your career at one of the industrys top firms. From managing multiple projects tocollaborating with crossdisciplinary teams this position is designed for architects passionate aboutcontributing to highimpact projects in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and contribute to up to five active projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
- Design Expertise: Develop unit layouts and space planning for lobbies leasing offices andamenity spaces that enhance the user experience.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with civil engineers landscape architects and land usecounsel to ensure project compliance and successful .
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility regulations and building codesthroughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of multifamily project design experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in architecture.
- Portfolio: Demonstrated history of delivering highquality projects with clear contributions.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in stickframe construction design and zoning approvalprocesses.
- Specialized Expertise: Familiarity with highrise multifamily and garden apartment design.
Compensation and Benefits
This fulltime permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $100000 $120000 plus bonuscommensurate with experience. The position also includes relocation bonus (if needed) comprehensive benefits such as robusthealth insurance 401(k) matching and profit sharing.
