As an Optical Assistant / Sales Advisor you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and expert advice to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Support – Helping patients choose the right frames lenses and optical products.
Optical Services – Booking and promoting eye tests contact lens trials and hearing checks.
Sales & Product Advice – Recommending tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
Administration – Managing appointments processing orders and handling customer records.
You may have the opportunity to work across multiple branches gaining broader experience and further developing your skills.
