Job Description
S/4 HANA PTP Consultant
Location: REMOTE
Key Responsibilities JD)
1. Analyze and resolve the postimplementation support issues of S/4 HANA Procure To Pay (PTP) Module
2. Handling of Change requests from the Production support
Business Requirement Gathering analyze client business processes related to procurement inventory management material planning
Sizing (effort estimate) Right Solution design Preparation of Functional Specification document.
Perform handson configuration of the S/4HANA MM module based on the Functional Specification document including customizing tables workflows and validation rules.
Execute thorough testing of system functionalities to ensure accuracy data integrity and compliance with business requirements
Business Approvals Production deployment etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in S/4HANA Materials Management module including key functionalities like purchasing Inventory Management Material valuation Business Partner (vendor management)
- Strong understanding of core business processes within procurement i.e. Creation of Purchase Contracts Purchase Requestion Contract release Conversion of PR to PO Goods Receipt and Invoice processing.
- Familiar with SubContracting third party Procurement Vendor Returns Inventory management Physical Inventory etc.
- Expertise in Supply chain management process includes Stock Transport orders Inbound Delivery Outbound delivery Post Goods issues.
- Familiar with Fiori application cross functional knowledge with R2R S2D O2C.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to analyze complex issues troubleshoot system errors and provide effective solutions.
