Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex billing for oversized transport (road sea air)
- Optimize processes for maximum efficiency
- Supervise account payable and account receivable functions
- Analyze billing data to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement solutions to streamline operations
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Contribute to the SMEs growth
Education:
- Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred: Masters degree in a relevant field or a professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA).
Experience and Skills:
- Required:5 years of similar experience .
- Proven experience in process optimization .
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in freight management activities.
- Experience with CargoWise TMS.
- Experience in international logistics particularly in the oversized cargo sector.
- Project Management Skills.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Experience in a SME environment.
