Job Description

Responsible for the service area operation and promotion of sales of service contracts refurbishment and parts to ensure the achievement of orders and service sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide input to Division Manager on expected orders and sales to help with budget estimation for the new year.

         

  • Implement sales strategy for assigned location(s) so as to promote the sales securing and maintenance of service contracts in order to meet the orders and sales targets.

         

  • Monitor and review periodic service sales performance for assigned location(s) to ensure orders and service sales targets are achieved.

         

  • Implement refurbishment sales strategy for assigned location(s) in order to meet refurbishment orders and sales targets.

         

  • Implement parts sales strategy for assigned location(s) in order to meet parts orders and sales targets.

         

  • Review and/or prepare quotations and tenders and negotiate terms based on levels of authority and ensure that quotations meet the companys profitability targets and contract terms.

         

  • Follow up with customers and coordinate with Finance & Admin Department to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts.

         

  • Monitor the efficient of all service jobs in assigned location(s) based on timeline quality and profitability.

         

  • Check and follow up on warranty claims from customers to fulfill contractual warranty obligations and communicate with principals on technical & service problems when required.

         &

  • Ensure that MDTW Quality Manual under Service in the QMS System is periodically reviewed and updated as and when necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

         

  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field experience
