Were looking for a Product Manager Lions Intelligence  to join our team in London as part of our Product function.

 

Your Role:  You will be a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager working on the LIONS portfolio of subscription products. Your role will span product and delivery combining a strategic mindset with handson delivery expertise. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define product roadmaps translate business requirements and ensure product solutions are backed by data research and a deep understanding of user needs. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support portfolio of subscription products: Taking ownership of a feature or product area ensuring that they align with business goals and deliver meaningful customer experiences 

  • Product lifecycle support and maintenance including refining product backlog managing routine requests from stakeholders triaging and prioritising bugs and supporting sprint ceremonies.. 

  • Define product strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate highlevel business objectives into clear product/module strategies that drive growth and retention. 

  • Outcomedriven product development: Utilise methodologies like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to ensure product decisions are datadriven and focused on delivering measurable business impact. 

  • User testing and research: Lead and participate in user testing A/B testing and customer research initiatives to validate hypotheses enhance user experience and ensure products meet market needs. 

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with engineering UX/UI design marketing data science and customer success teams to deliver highquality products that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. 

  • Stakeholder communication: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of product vision priorities and expected outcomes.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or a similar role. 

  • A customercentric mindset with experience in user research usability testing and A/B testing to validate and refine product decisions. 

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with product analytics and user research tools.
