Were looking for a Product Manager Lions Intelligence to join our team in London as part of our Product function.
Your Role: You will be a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager working on the LIONS portfolio of subscription products. Your role will span product and delivery combining a strategic mindset with handson delivery expertise. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define product roadmaps translate business requirements and ensure product solutions are backed by data research and a deep understanding of user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support portfolio of subscription products: Taking ownership of a feature or product area ensuring that they align with business goals and deliver meaningful customer experiences
Product lifecycle support and maintenance including refining product backlog managing routine requests from stakeholders triaging and prioritising bugs and supporting sprint ceremonies..
Define product strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate highlevel business objectives into clear product/module strategies that drive growth and retention.
Outcomedriven product development: Utilise methodologies like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to ensure product decisions are datadriven and focused on delivering measurable business impact.
User testing and research: Lead and participate in user testing A/B testing and customer research initiatives to validate hypotheses enhance user experience and ensure products meet market needs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with engineering UX/UI design marketing data science and customer success teams to deliver highquality products that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Stakeholder communication: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of product vision priorities and expected outcomes.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or a similar role.
A customercentric mindset with experience in user research usability testing and A/B testing to validate and refine product decisions.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with product analytics and user research tools.
