About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Graduate to join a dynamic planning consultancy based in Winchester. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or Junior Planner with a degree in Planning or Geography who is looking to develop their career in the planning sector. The successful candidate will gain hands on experience across a range of planning projects, supporting senior planners in delivering high-quality planning services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and research on planning policies and regulations
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients on planning matters
• Supporting the development of planning reports and proposals
• Attending site visits and contributing to project development

Requirements:

• A degree in Town / Urban Planning, Geography, or a related discipline
• A understanding of UK planning policies and regulations
• Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
