Who You Are:
You are a seasoned Senior Front End Engineer with 58 years of experience possessing a deep understanding of modern web application architecture and development best practices. You are a technical leader capable of driving complex projects mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic technical decisions. You are passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and building scalable performant and maintainable frontend systems.
What You Will Do:
Architect and Develop Complex FrontEnd Systems: Design and implement scalable robust and maintainable frontend architectures using React (TypeScript).
Lead Technical Initiatives: Drive the development of new features and improvements ensuring alignment with product goals and technical best practices.
Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: Provide technical guidance code reviews and mentorship to foster the growth of the frontend team.
Drive Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks ensuring optimal loading speeds and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
Champion Code Quality and Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards conduct thorough code reviews and promote the use of automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with UI/UX designers backend engineers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Contribute to Architectural Decisions: Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the evolution of the frontend architecture.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of frontend development.
Improve CI/CD pipelines as needed.
Requirements:
58 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Expertise in React (TypeScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex frontend architectures.
Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Extensive experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Jest React Testing Library Cypress).
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead other engineers.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Zustand Recoil).
Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in creating reusable component libraries.
Experience with Accessibility standards.
