Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Scrum Master will lead Agile development efforts ensuring the adoption of Scrum best practices for Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum practices across IT projects.
- Support Salesforce solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct training sessions retrospectives and sprint planning.
- Communicate progress with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of Scrum experience in the public sector.
- Experience facilitating Agile practices in Salesforce projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
