Job Description
Become an integral part of our client s competitive edge by mastering the art of strategic LinkedIn research! In this role you ll harness the power of social media intelligence to identify emerging opportunities in the manufacturing and engineering sectors before they become public knowledge. You ll work during your daytime hours to compile valuable data that enables our USbased team to act immediately when their business day begins. This position offers the perfect blend of detective work data analysis and strategic thinking allowing you to directly impact business growth while developing valuable skills in the recruiting industry. Responsibilities
- Monitor LinkedIn daily for professionals who have recently accepted new positions in the manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Conduct strategic research to identify these professionals previous companies and reporting structures
- Uncover potential hiring managers who may now have positions to fill
- Compile comprehensive data into wellorganized spreadsheets including names companies titles reporting relationships and direct LinkedIn profile links
- Deliver polished actionable reports before the US business day begins
- Meet or exceed daily targets for quality lead identification
- Continuously refine research techniques to improve efficiency and results
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn and thorough understanding of the platform s features and functionality
- Exceptional research abilities with a talent for finding connections between people and organizations
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software for creating clear wellstructured reports
- Selfmotivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability during Philippines daytime hours (US nighttime)
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable work environment
- Professional communication skills in English
