Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Recruiter/Trainer with a background in sales and sales management to join us as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and screen presourced candidates provided by our talent acquisition team to identify top sales talent
  • Conduct inperson interviews at the clients location and assess candidate suitability for automotive sales roles based on skills experience and cultural fit
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales techniques customer service and product knowledge
  • Provide ongoing follow up and support to new hires throughout the hiring and onboarding to ensure final placement
  • Track recruitment metrics and outcomes to improve processes continually


Requirements


  • Multiple years of experience in automotive sales and sales management (dealership experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of recruiting and/or training successful sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets CRM software and training platforms
  • Comfortable with overnight domestic travel typically 3 to 4 nights weekly for 4045 weeks per year across multiple cities

Experience in automotive sales and sales management (dealership experience preferred) Proven track record of recruiting and/or training successful sales professionals Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets, CRM software, and training platforms Comfortable with overnight domestic travel, typically 3 to 4 nights weekly for 40-45 weeks per year, across multiple cities
