Shift Schedule: MonFri; 6a430p

Call Schedule:

Nights: 430p6a 1 night per week)

Weekends: 6a6a 1 weekend/month)

No. of Cardiac Cases: 25 per week

Physicians in Practice Available: Yes but not in the same case.

Case Mix/Required Procedures: CABG MV AV TAVR LAAC Maze Afib ablations; No general cases.

No. of Labs: 1 EP; 1 Structural Interventional

No. of ORs: 2

Other Info:

Orientation: Locum can comein a day before 1st shift or morning before shift starts.

No cardiac & liver transplants.

No CRNA supervision.

EMR: Epic

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License/IMLC (LOQ required)

BC (Anesth & Echo Cardiography)

BLS ACLS

DEA

TEE experienced/certified

Cardiac Anesthesiologist Fellowship

Provide specific dates of availability
